The SAFECHAIN™ Ecosystem

SAFECHAIN™ has been developed as a comprehensive safeguarding governance ecosystem that moves beyond policy recommendations to provide a complete architecture for intelligence-led safeguarding, institutional accountability and national implementation.

Rather than functioning as a single framework, SAFECHAIN™ is organised into a series of interconnected research, governance and implementation programmes. Each series performs a distinct role while contributing to a unified operating model capable of supporting safeguarding reform across justice, housing, healthcare, financial services, regulation, migration and wider public administration.
