SAFECHAIN™ Intelligence Hub | Legal Analysis, Safeguarding Reform & Institutional Accountability
SAFECHAIN™ · Intelligence Hub · Legal Analysis & Reform

The System Buried Me.
I Built One That
Will Never Forget.

"The SAFECHAIN™ Intelligence Hub is a structured archive of legal-policy analysis, safeguarding reform, masterclass briefings, podcast episodes, and institutional accountability work — grounded in lived experience, legal study, and postgraduate research."

Five integrated resources. One analytical mission: to close the gap between what the law says and what institutions actually do — and to make that gap visible to everyone who has the power to change it.

The Passport of Erasure: How Family Courts Process Victims of Domestic Abuse
The law can recognise domestic abuse on paper — but recognition is not protection unless procedure can see coercive control in practice. This article examines how Family Court systems process victims through four compounding mechanisms: participation impairment, disclosure failure, economic abuse, and institutional fragmentation. It applies Sharland v Sharland [2015] UKSC 60, Prest v Petrodel [2013] UKSC 34, and the Equal Treatment Bench Book to the lived architecture of procedural erasure — and proposes the structural corrections that would close each gap.

This is not anti-justice. It is a call for justice to become operationally safe.
