1. Framework Purpose
The SAFECHAIN™ Governance Standard Framework™ (STANDARD-001™) establishes the foundational principles, expectations and measurable requirements required for organisations seeking to embed effective governance systems.
The framework provides a structured standard against which organisations can evaluate their governance capability, strengthen accountability structures and demonstrate commitment to ethical, transparent and safeguarding-focused practice.
STANDARD-001™ defines what effective governance should look like by establishing clear expectations around:
