REGISTER-002 -Publication Series Register Framework

Framework Reference: REGISTER-002

Series: Portfolio Management Series

Classification: Enterprise Governance Framework

Owner: SAFECHAIN™

Version: 1.0

Executive Summary

The SAFECHAIN™ Publication Series Register Framework establishes the governance methodology for organising the SAFECHAIN™ publication portfolio into structured publication series. Rather than maintaining a single list of publications, the framework groups related publications into dedicated series registers, enabling improved governance, portfolio oversight, strategic planning and lifecycle management.

Each publication series represents a coherent body of knowledge within the SAFECHAIN™ Governance Ecosystem and is managed through its own dedicated register. This approach improves navigation, reduces administrative complexity, supports future expansion and ensures consistent governance across an evolving portfolio of intellectual property.

As part of the SAFECHAIN™ Portfolio Management System™, the Publication Series Register Framework provides the structural foundation for organising, monitoring and governing all SAFECHAIN™ frameworks, methodologies, standards, handbooks and implementation resources.

The Publication Series Register Framework exists to:
