The Framework does not replace or duplicate the SAFECHAIN™ Framework Directory™ — WEBSITE-002.
Instead:
WEBSITE-001 remains the existing publication already recorded within the SAFECHAIN™ portfolio;
WEBSITE-002 governs the Framework Directory™, publication catalogue and institutional knowledge repository;
WEBSITE-003 governs the wider SAFECHAIN™ digital platform, website architecture, user experience, accessibility, security, integrations and digital development roadmap.

This title is stronger because it reflects that the publication governs more than a conventional website. It covers the complete future SAFECHAIN™ digital infrastructure, including its knowledge systems, learning environments, certification services, institutional tools and user-access pathways.
