Framework Purpose

The Judicial Participation Integrity Framework™ establishes a governance framework to strengthen meaningful, fair and effective participation within judicial and tribunal processes.

The framework recognises that justice depends not only upon the authority of decision-makers, but also upon whether individuals are able to understand proceedings, present their evidence, engage with processes and experience procedural fairness.
