SAFECHAIN™

A Safeguarding Infrastructure for Trauma-Informed Justice

Reconnecting police, courts, housing, and financial systems so survivors of domestic abuse do not fall through institutional gaps.

Why SAFECHAIN exists

The System Today

Survivors often navigate multiple institutions:

• police
• courts
• housing
• banks
• healthcare

These systems rarely communicate effectively.

The result:

• fragmented documentation
• repeated trauma disclosures
• safeguarding failures
