SAFECHAIN™ was founded by Samantha Avril-Andreassen.

The initiative was developed through legal research, policy analysis, and lived experience examining structural failures within safeguarding systems and the challenges survivors face when navigating multiple institutions.

Samantha Avril-Andreassen is the author of:

• Silent Screams, Loud Strength

• Homeless, Not Defeated

• The Little Voice That Roared

• Healing From Within

Her upcoming book, Somebody, will be released on 30 October 2026.

Samantha is also the host of the Silent Screams, Loud Strength Podcast, where she explores themes of trauma recovery, resilience, and the systemic issues surrounding domestic abuse.

Her Documentary will be released at at dateto be anounced later this year.
