SAFECHAIN™ Pilot Programme – Evaluation Licence

The SAFECHAIN™ Pilot Programme provides a structured 90-day evaluation licence for institutional review purposes.

This is not full implementation.

Purpose of the Pilot

The pilot is designed to:

  • Assess structural fragmentation

  • Map documentation continuity gaps

  • Evaluate trigger architecture alignment

  • Review participation variability recognition

  • Determine institutional readiness

It is an evaluative process only.

Licensing Tiers

Institutional Implementation Licence

Includes:

  • Authorised framework integration

  • Leadership implementation session

  • Internal training rights (limited)

  • Documentation continuity alignment

  • Annual governance review

Does not include:

  • Resale rights

  • Third-party training authority

  • Derivative framework developmen

  • What the Pilot Licence Does NOT Permit

The pilot licence does not authorise:

  • Operational embedding of SAFECHAIN™ frameworks

  • Staff-wide training rollout

  • Policy integration

  • Public representation as SAFECHAIN™ licensed organisation

  • Replication or extraction of frameworks

Full implementation requires separate institutional licence agreement.

Enterprise Compliance Partnership

For multi-site or multi-agency systems.

Includes:

  • Multi-location deployment

  • Annual structural audit

  • Governance reporting framework

  • Impact evaluation summary

Who Requires a Licence

A formal licence is required if your organisation intends to:

  • Embed SAFECHAIN™ methodology into internal safeguarding systems

  • Use PCV™ classifications operationally

  • Train staff using SAFECHAIN™ materials

  • Incorporate trigger architecture into policy

  • Reference SAFECHAIN™ as implemented governance framework

  • Present SAFECHAIN™ as adopted institutional reform

Licensing applies to:

  • Local authorities

  • Police services

  • NHS safeguarding teams

  • Law firms

  • Bar chambers

  • NGOs

  • Educational institutions

  • Compliance consultancies

What the Pilot Licence Permits

  • Limited dashboard access

  • Structural mapping exercises

  • Leadership-level review session

  • Compliance gap identification

  • Pilot evaluation report

Intellectual Property Protection

All SAFECHAIN™ frameworks remain the exclusive property of SAFE-CHAIN™ Ltd.

Licensing grants usage rights only.
Ownership does not transfer.

Organisations may not:

  • Reverse engineer classification structures

  • Replicate PCV™ models

  • Extract or reproduce trigger architecture

  • Embed frameworks into proprietary IT systems without written authorisation

  • Create derivative safeguarding models based on SAFECHAIN™ logic

Confidentiality & IP

All pilot participants must:

  • Sign confidentiality agreement

  • Acknowledge intellectual property protections

  • Agree not to replicate or reverse engineer frameworks

  • Confirm non-transferability of materials

Post-Pilot Pathway

Following completion, institutions may:

• Apply for full implementation licence
• Request enterprise partnership review
• Decline continuation

Participation does not guarantee licensing approval.
