Purpose of the Institutional Licence

The Institutional Implementation Licence grants authorised organisations the right to integrate SAFECHAIN™ governance frameworks into their internal safeguarding, compliance, and documentation systems.

The licence provides structured, lawful access to:

  • Participation Capacity Variability (PCV™) classifications

  • Trauma Literacy governance framework

  • Safeguarding Trigger Architecture™

  • Procedural Integrity Framework™

  • Documentation continuity models

  • Compliance overlay architecture

This is a controlled professional licence — not open access.

Who Requires Full Licensing

A full implementation licence is required if an organisation intends to:

  • Embed SAFECHAIN™ frameworks into policy or safeguarding protocols

  • Operationalise PCV™ classifications

  • Integrate trigger architecture into case management

  • Deliver internal training using SAFECHAIN™ materials

  • Reference SAFECHAIN™ as adopted governance framework

  • Publish reports stating SAFECHAIN™ implementation

What the Licence Does Not Grant

Institutional licensing does not grant:

  • Ownership of SAFECHAIN™ intellectual property

  • Rights to reproduce frameworks externally

  • Rights to resell or sublicense

  • Rights to create derivative safeguarding models

  • Rights to embed framework logic into proprietary IT systems without written authorisation

  • Rights to accredit third parties

SAFECHAIN™ remains the exclusive intellectual property of SAFE-CHAIN™ Ltd.

What the Licence Grants

A full implementation licence may include:

• Limited internal training rights
